A: I think Korea's values are more focused on masculinity. I think the figure is 55 points. Although I am more focused on masculinity, I do not think it is that big, I think it is 55 points. Korea is a bureaucratic society. In the enterprise, hierarchy is sure and organization is rigid. Individualism emerges in modern society and we compete to be ahead of others.
