Extra blogging-Are Korean values oriented more towards femininity or masculinity? (Dayoung Kim)

Q: Are Korean values oriented more towards femininity or masculinity? On a scale of 1 (femininity) to 100 (masculinity), what would be your guess?

A: I think Korea's values are more focused on masculinity. I think the figure is 55 points. Although I am more focused on masculinity, I do not think it is that big, I think it is 55 points. Korea is a bureaucratic society. In the enterprise, hierarchy is sure and organization is rigid. Individualism emerges in modern society and we compete to be ahead of others. But there is also a solidarity and cooperation in society. Such a figure can be said to represent femininity.
