Blog assignment 4 : Economic Globalization / HanBin Bae

Summary
Economic globalization, along with political globalization and cultural globalization, represents the free movement of goods, capital, services, technology and information in one of the three main aspects of globalization. Strengthening cross-border movement of goods, services, technology and capital increases economic integration and interdependence of national, regional and regional economies around the world. While globalization is a broad set of processes related to the various networks of economic, political and cultural exchanges, modern economic globalization is driven by the rapid importance of information resulting from the development of scientific technology and production activities of all types.

Economic globalization consists mainly of globalization of production, finance, markets, technology, organizational systems, institutions, businesses and labor. While economic globalization has been expanding since the emergence of pan-national trade, it has gradually increased as advances in communication and technology within the framework of general agreements on tariffs and trade and the WTO. Reduce trade barriers and open checking and capital accounts. The booming economy, through direct overseas investment, is heavily supported by developed countries that integrate with the majority of the world, lower business costs, reduce trade barriers, and, in many cases, support overseas migration.

I have learned that there are many organizations to develop economic globalization. International governance bodies (IGO) means organizations formed by treaties that are well-intentioned by two or more countries dealing with common interests. International organizations strive for peace and security and solve economic and social problems. Examples of international organizations include the United Nations, the World Bank, and the NATO members.

Despite their activities within a country, non-governmental organizations are trying to find solutions to developing countries that face economic non-globalization resistance. It is classified as all non-profit, volunteer and civic groups organised at the local, national and international levels. Non-governmental organizations are encouraged to engage in politics by performing a variety of services, humanitarian functions, bringing civic attention to government, advocating and monitoring policies, and providing information.

Discussion
The country still has considerable power against the TNCs. A multinational corporation is a global corporation that operates or manufactures across countries and is not affected by national or political boundaries. The problem is what happens here. Although it is a global company that is apparently not affected by the national economy, it is being closely checked. Multinational corporations have international co-ordination of market, technology and management methods. This brings us many advantages. So why is the country keeping the TNCs in check?
